This Privacy Policy explains how Hypeliv Private Limited (“Hypeliv,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use Momentum (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
1. Who We Are
Hypeliv Private Limited is a company incorporated in India. We are the data controller for information processed through the Service. You can reach us at info@hypeliv.com.
Momentum is a B2B social-media-automation product. Our customers are businesses (“Clients”).
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Account information: name, email address, password, and optional profile details.
- Brand profile: business name, industry, brand voice, logos, and creative briefs.
- Billing information: processed by our payment partner; we do not store full card details ourselves.
2.2 Information From Connected Social Platforms
When you authorize Momentum to publish on your behalf, we receive OAuth access tokens and minimal profile metadata:
- Instagram: username, user ID, access token, and basic account metadata.
- LinkedIn: member ID, name, profile URL, access token.
- YouTube: channel ID, channel name, access token.
- TikTok: username, user ID, access token, and basic account metadata.
We use these tokens only to publish content you have explicitly approved. If you disconnect a specific platform, its access token is invalidated and deleted immediately — this does not affect your account or other connected platforms.
2.3 Information Generated By the Service
- AI-generated images, videos, voiceovers, captions, and copy created on your behalf.
- Approval and rejection history, credit-usage logs, and publishing logs.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
- Generate content on your behalf using the AI providers listed in Section 5.
- Publish content you have approved to connected social platforms.
- Authenticate users, prevent abuse (including misuse of free-credit allowances), and secure the Service.
- Communicate with you about the Service.
- Comply with applicable laws.
We do not use your brand content or generated outputs to train any AI model. This commitment depends on the data-use settings and agreements we maintain with each third-party AI provider listed in Section 5, which we review periodically.
4. Legal Bases For Processing
- Performance of a contract — to deliver the Service.
- Legitimate interests — to secure and improve the Service, and to prevent abuse.
- Consent — for connecting third-party social platforms.
- Legal obligation — when required by law.
6. Data Retention
We retain different categories of data for different periods, depending on why we collected them:

Note: disconnecting a single social platform does not trigger account-level deletion. Your account, other connected platforms, and your content remain fully intact — only that platform’s access token is removed.
7. International Data Transfers
Hypeliv is based in India. Some of our service providers and sub-processors (including cloud storage, authentication, and AI generation providers) process data outside India, including in the United States and the European Union. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on the relevant provider’s own compliance mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses, where applicable) and select providers that maintain appropriate data protection standards.
8. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or UK, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Object to processing.
- Data portability.
- Withdraw consent.

9. Your Privacy Rights (California / CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share your personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.
10. Children's Privacy
Momentum is a business-to-business product intended for use by businesses, brands, and professionals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children, and any account found to belong to a minor will be terminated.
11. Data Deletion Instructions
You can delete your Momentum account and all associated data at any time using the self-serve account deletion option available in your account settings within the app.
Self-Serve Deletion (Recommended)
- Log in to your Momentum account.
- Go to Account Settings.
- Select “Delete Account.”
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
What happens when you delete your account:
- We immediately invalidate all connected social platform access tokens (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
- We begin a 60-day retention window, after which your account data, brand content, and generated content are permanently deleted (see Section 6).
If you are unable to access the self-serve option, you may request deletion by emailing us directly at info@hypeliv.com.
12. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no system is 100% secure.
